Day 1 - Istanbul Tour- Arrival Day

Welcome to Turkey, arrival in Istanbul. Transfer from the airport and check in to your hotel, which offers a welcome drink and a chat with gourmet experts in Turkish cuisine. Tonight you will have a welcome dinner, be introduced to our friendly crew and other travelers while enjoying traditional Turkish food, and enjoy the mystical atmosphere of Istanbul at night. Overnight in Istanbul, There are two airports in Istanbul. Istanbul Ataturk airport is 20 km away from the city center and Sabiha Gokcen airport is 55 km away from the city center. Transfer from Ataturk airport to your hotel is included, if you arrive at Sabiha Gokcen airport please contact us for transfer rates.

Day 2 - Turkish Cooking Lesson Istanbul
After a morning orientation sightseeing tour of Istanbul, you participate in your first Turkish cooking lesson: During our Istanbul cooking tour, you will taste various flavors of Turkey from different regions. preparing lunch which you will enjoy! After lunch visit TOPKAPI PALACE. The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE: Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME: Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column, and the Column of Constantine. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3 - Gallipoli Tour - Cooking Lesson Canakkale
06:30 am we depart for Gallipoli to visit the battlefields. Two hours later we will give you 20 minutes to relax in a restaurant area. We arrive at Gallipoli around 12:00 am and we have a lunch break, relax a little bit and then depart for the battlefields. Visit Gabatepe Museum. Start visiting the fields with Ariburnu Cemetery and Anzac Cove because these are the places where the war had started. Then Beach Cemetery, Shrapnel Valley, and Plugges Plateau. After the tour drive to your hotel. Today you will learn how to make Turkish pizza called pide and lahmacun with cheese and vegetables. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 4 - Troy - Pergamon - Kusadasi
We depart at 08:30 and driving 30 minutes to Troy. Visit the famous archeological and mythological site of Troy, home of the Trojan horse and Helen of Troy. After the Troy tour, a 3-hour drive to Pergamon. Lunch break around 13:00 pm and after the lunch depart for a tour of the magnificent acropolis of Pergamon. Its impressive temples and library made it a renowned cultural and political center at those times. Pergamon is a famous city for its jewelry, stones, and silver. So on the way, we will visit a jewelry center for 30 minutes. Arrive at Kusadasi around 18:00 pm. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5 - Ephesus Tour and Making Wine
At 08:30 departure from the hotel. Guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient sites in the world en-route, visit the Temple of Artemis, Curetes street, famous Roman baths, Celsus Library, Grand theatre and you will have a lunch break at a small Turkish restaurant. After lunch, we will visit Sirince Village also has a fantastic reputation for making some of the best wines in Turkey - especially fruit wines. We will visit the vineyards and it is time to learn how to make fruit wine with Turkish winemakers. In the evening you will be tested about your knowledge of making fruit wine. On the way to the hotel, we will visit a place that continues to perform one of the oldest arts of Turkey; a carpet weaving center. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6 - Kusadasi Tour- Izmir to Istanbul - End of Tour
Today we depart for Izmir airport for our domestic flight to Istanbul and then back home.
